Great massager, I find it really does a good job and relieves a lot of back pain. The only minor complaint I have with it is that the fabric wore out fairly quickly. Maybe I'm using it too frequently or putting too much pressure on it (I prefer a firm massage, which this can do), but either way, it started developing holes which then got caught in the mechanism as it was rotating. I've stitched new linings into it (two or three times now) to keep it going and that's mostly worked, but they do eventually wear out and start clogging up the mechanism with lose threads/scraps. It is helpful for cleaning that the massage heads can be removed easily with a phillips head, and with a little bit of maintenance you should be able to get years of use out of it.

This is perfect, sturdy, no need for batteries or charging, just plug in and go. Good firm massage perfect for my neck and shoulder. Massage has to be firm to give relief, the heat function is a plus. Highly recommend, had the same style previously, after 5 years of frequent use I had to replace because the material started to peel, but expected after the numerous times I used it.

Too rough!! Bought it for my mum to help with her neck and back pain but it was actually painful for her to use!.

This product is worth the money. You can use it on most parts of the body. Downside is if you pull to hard on the slings it will stop the balls rotating. Hopefully it will last as it does the job quite well. Arrived in damaged box but product was ok. Lets see how long it lasts.

Good wee massager just wish it was wireless and a bit less awkward to hold but gives me a bit of ease when I have a flare up with my muscles pains
