A great authentic go to Tahini. Smooth, creamy and delicious. Essential for home made hummus. Wonderfully smooth sesame flavor in salad dressings and marinades. The product is initially slightly separated between the sesame seed paste and the oil, but once recombined does not separate again. Keeps well in the fridge. I've used this for years now and the quality has always been consistent.
