Q: How do you clean it? It says its easy to clean but there are no instructions for how to do it.

The lobloo bag that the cup was in is a store and washing bag. So just put it in the bag and wash it in the mashine.

Q: I do Krav Maga and usually wear tight leggings for movement. Would I have to wear this over my leggings or would it work under as well?

Under and our will work out fine, but for best comfort we recommend to wear it over tight leggings. But i always have mine under tight leggings with no problem.

Q: Is it supposed to be worn under the clothes of over?

I usually wear it over my compression cos i don't like the strings eating into my thigh. And then have a sweat pants or workout shorts over. It needs to stick close to you without the excess fabric getting in the way for the best fit.

Q: Are there different sizes or its one size fits all?

No. There just come in one size
