From anxiety to hope
The first chapter draws us straight into the incidents that created some really anxious moments for the author - I had a surreal sense of watching the events unfold as if I was there. The ideas for dealing with anxiety are clear and strong. However the real key to the book is in its journey from hell to hope or suffering and negative self talk through to having that sunshine feeling where you can conquer anything. Great read, with some excellent ideas for self care and improvements. I am taking up the gratitude diary idea today!

Great read
I suffer really bad with anxiety this book as helped me to understand and cope better with it. There are things I never even knew and not been told. I would recommend reading this book. It's a great read

The author is living proof that this book works
This is the very personal and yet universal story of the author’s journey in overcoming chronic anxiety, and winning! If you look at the videos he has (apparently fearlessly) produced you will know that this book works. I was blown away by both the honesty with which it is written, as well as the pragmatic approach it takes. It’s easy to read and full of examples with practical steps to follow. I firmly believe that this is life-changing stuff; the author is proof of that.

GREAT HONESTY AND PRACTICAL TOOLS TO HELP
The biggest strength of this book, to me, is the author's honesty in sharing his journey to freedom over anxiety. He talks about his struggles through some lifechanging events and about what he has done to turn his life around and grow from these very big challenges.There are practical tools to help and the author freely shares which ones work best for him.After I had finished reading this book I was left with a great sense of hope and encouragement. Keeping our struggles secret can make us believe that we are the only ones who suffer and we can also feel shame, guilt, blame and isolation. All of these can make us feel as though we are "less than".The author's bravery and willingness to share his journey brings this destructive secretiveness out into the open. I believe this bravery and willingness is what makes this book so special and it is also what will help many, many people who struggle with anxiety.A great read and highly recommended for those who are looking for honesty and practicality in their struggles with anxiety.

Simple yet practical
The book is uplifting and has a lot of tips on how to handle anxiety. However it does not stay there. The author doesn't just offer tips to get the day. It's about the long run. Anxiety is a difficult situation and only the sufferers know how uncontrollable it can get. Diet is quite important. The book is mising this part but I see that the author is publishing another book specifically for this.

My favorite part of the book is the tool kit which is designed to help anyone gain control over anxiety while living their daily life. The book serves as a practical assist with life’s challenges and allowing you to love yourself.
