This thing is amazing! The picture attached is from only one week. Two of the pods rows came through on their own and pushed off the plastic lids. Make sure you fill up the water basin with at least 3 to 4 L of the mixture to start. Just follow the instructions that it comes with which are very simple to use and you’ll be fine. update: 2nd picture is 2 1/2 weeks. Doing nicely. Update…it’s December and I still get weekly harvests to give to family and friends

Product came with 13 baskets only 5 covers instead of 12 and 10 sponges instead of 12. Unsure if pump is working unable to remove water cap.

I've bought 2 of these same brand same size. 1 works great no issues the other one...well the light shuts off randomly throughout the day when it's not supposed. It's supposed to be 16 hrs on 8 hrs off but about 8-9 hours in it shuts itself off and I have to turn it back on Updated: didn't even last a year and can't find a replacement pump anther that will work without needed to have experience with electrical work

We Just put new seeds in most of the pods because the previous ones grew so big. We did learn you have to remove the plastic tops once they sprout or they will mold. Otherwise we have had no issues and grown a ton of little plants so far.

I bought this for my father in law and he loves it. The plants easily spring up from seeds and they get all the light and water they need thru the system!

I sent 2 back because the lights quit working. Now the timer doesn’t work. Plants grew like wild fire, no complaints there. I’m busy and the timer was a great feature. I don’t know if it can be replaced again, or am I stuck with a lemon? I tried to contact customer service, they haven’t even tried to get back to me! Don’t waste your money! I’m going to buy a aero garden instead!

It works great but we are unable to locate the plastic dome covers in the shape required for the ones that were lost.
