Poor quality and vendor not willing to accept return of their products
Product delivered does not look as per the quality shown in the image. I had placed a return request for the product but it has not been picked up by the vendor and now the status shows as return request cancelled on the site. The vendor calls instead of visiting the doorstep. Calls may be missed as I am working. Return attempt has failed 3-4 times which cannot be the case as family members are available all the time to return the parcel. The vendor may not be willing to take the product back. Disgusting 😡
