The media could not be loaded.  This bag sealer is a pretty great little tool to have around. I think most people think of using it for chips but you can use it for so much more. I used it to seal my bag of grass seeds, grout bags, and all kinds of other stuff. You have to be careful because some of the foil type bags can split if you get it to hot. I start in the middle on the thick plastic bags with a seam in the middle since it is the toughest part of the bag. It also has a little cutter on it which I haven't really used. And it came with batteries which not all do.

This product is wonderful. Our chip clips always get lost or broken, and I hate rolling a giant bag when there is just a little bit left in the bag. This not only re-seals the bag, but also cuts off the excess! 🙌🏼I struggled to use it at first, but after a few attempts I started to get the hang of it. It’s also nice and compact so it takes up a lot less space than my piles of chip clips! 👍🏼Don’t get frustrated if you can’t do it correctly at first. Just give it some time. There is a bit of a learning process, but once you get it, it’s worth it!

I have enjoyed this product a lot so far! I have always hated clips, so this item was perfect for our household.The box also included a direction packet and batteries. The batteries took a minute to figure out how the device works.When sliding the piece back that you inserted the batteries in enough to see the little heated piece hiding under, then it is ready for use.I don't know if it is just me... But I am not always able to create a straight line across. Sometimes the device leaves a small missing sealed piece when closing. I am then unable to fix that one missing area from sealing and have to create another sealed line on top of the previous one. This process sometimes continues, which creates another hole just in another location.Pros:- Comes with Batteries- Magnet on back for easy storage- Fun to useCons:- Sometimes hard to slide back covering the piece- Doesn't always create a perfect line creating gaps- Can smell like burning when using the device more than once

Just received this mini bag sealer, but had to use it! I was so hopeful that it would at least ‘sort of’ work. Could something this small and so simple really do its job? Well the answer is YES!! My first swipe was spotty as far as the seal was concerned, but my second try was perfect. I sealed two things- some left over chili and some buttery broccoli crowns. I did the time honored test of holding them upside down and shook the bags. NOT ONE DROP ESCAPED. I am thrilled beyond measure. I cannot speak about the durability since I just received it, but I highly recommend this product anyway.I have plans to take this camping, boating, vacations, and of course in my kitchen. So much easier than lugging out my big Seal a Meal.Oh, I also used it to seal some sandwich that had hardware (screws, bolts, and handles) so I could safely tape the bags in a drawer for that dresser and not worry about losing anything. Since I used the last two sandwich bags, my husband put his sandwich and chips in the empty bread bag and sealed it. Worked great. BUY THIS - the price is low and it works fine.

It is easy to use and quick (no warm up time), but there are no directions for putting the batteries in(the top goes all the way back, you won't break it). Figured it out when I had to remove them. I will give a firm review when I reopen my bag and see how usable they are.

I’ve always wanted to try one of these and I’m so glad I did. This works great! I have three boys who go through snacks like there’s no tomorrow, so there is always an open snack bag in the pantry. This keeps it fresh. Plus it’s fun to use. I just want to point out the “button” at the bottom is a razor blade. I didn’t read the directions first (duh) and nearly cut myself. So there’s that.

So i bought this to package up my soap as i dont really have room for one of the fancy ones. This thing works pretty great! It can be hard to make a straight line, but im using shrink wrap so it doesnt matter.The only real issue i have is that there's about a half inch on either side of the heating element which makes it pretty hard to start at the edge of the package. My plastic is clear so i can just start in the middle, do one side, then line it up and do the other, but opaque packages you couldnt do that.And this last one is nit picky, but sometimes the strap gets caught under the panel that you close to turn it off.

Good little chip bag sealer, it’s not a vacuum sealer, as my partner was confused on what it was. You have to move it in a fast yet slow pace so it’ll properly seal without burning throughout the package. It has a magnet on the back which isn’t very strong, so we just keep it in the little box it came in instead of trying to keep it on the fridge. There’s a small little razor blade for opening boxes, which kinda spooked me at first as I was not expecting it, so maybe a little safety lock would be a good choice.

Having had a similar product a few years back , I thought this would be ok . It was purchased to seal small items into cellophane to save on wrapping , however in my opinion its not very good at all . I've tried a number of various cellophane / plastic bags / foil bags and I've not been happy with the seal on any of them . In fact sometimes its just melted the plastic away and on others its been hit and miss with sealing , meaning I've had to go over it again and again sometimes to seal it . This gives an untidy finish and as my husband needs to use it for his business it does not look good at all and leaves it looking tatty. Plus , when it does look sealed it can very easily be opened which is not good when it needs to ensure small items do not get lost . I am now looking for a replacement . Oh , as for the cutter be careful when taking the product out of the box , as I forgot about the cutter and it slid out when I was taking it out of the packaging and cut my finger a little. Overall , my advice would be to look into a different model . If you want a reliable sealer that gives a good finish then this is not the one for you.

Clever worthwhile piece of kitchen equipment a little bit fiddly to use but will save you a fortune on saved food which usually dry out quickly. It will pay for itself in no time.

So far a really good product. You don’t even have to warm up the sealer, it just works. I don’t believe the knife would last as long as the rest of the product, but for this price, I really can’t complain.

It’s simple to use and does not take up much of storage space. Does the job in seconds. So far so good, been sealing all bags I could find. Wasn’t sure why there needed to be a build in knife but now I realised the idea. Happy with the purchase, hope it lasts.

It works great! Very pleased with this product. I had several other issues he’s in the past and they were nowhere near as good and quick to work as this one.
