Q: Do you apply direclty to wood or need tung oil first?

Waterloc sells a universal ting oil sealer u can apply first.

Q: Is this good for wood floors?

according to the instructions it can be used on wood floors .I use it on cabinets. It goes on easier on horizonal surfaces then vertical. the result is the same just a slower process.

Q: can this be applied to previously stain wood?

I don’t think it will dry properly. We tried it and couldn’t get it to dry ever…had to scrape it off the wood surface

Q: Is this compatible with teak wood?

Teak oil would be better for teak, it is an oily wood, To be honest not sure if waterlox would work. Teak is a good outdoor wood when it’s kept oiled. Waterlox sealer may not hold up out doors. Waterlox along with the waterlox finish works great on walnut or mohagoy for in door projects.
