MUST read before using!
Could have been a 5 but they should have at-least aired out the plastic materials. Before you use it for real, you need to cycle it at least once. Otherwise, you’ll have a headache like Im having right now. Plastic-eeyy smell. Like a bad head ache.

Very good for the price paid
Very easy to assemble the tent portion of it. It just pops open. The directions are hard to follow but I figured it out.. gets very warm within minutes I was soaking wet head to toe. No battery came in remote, it takes 2025 the round battery however i put a 2032 battery on the remote and it worked. No leaks until hose came off the nose on the tent but went right back together and i had no other problems.. the hood is very big... overall does what I expected. Does not come with a chair but my lawn chair worked.

Takes too long to heat up
I’ve had this for several weeks now. It has still taken approximately 15 minutes sometimes 20 before it even has any steam. Right now it’s 10 minutes and there’s no steam. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Made me sick for 2 weeks!
I was hoping this product would work well. It almost did, except for a few problems. The BAD parts, and why I returned it:It generates enough heat eventually, but the heat is uneven, a part of the body is cold and another part warm or hot, a formula for pulled muscles and sprains! It's a constrained area, another recipe for sprains and strainsThe plastic smell of the steam (through the plastic conduits, and the overall tent material), must have been toxic, I got sick for two weeks. The good:Well designed, good stitching (except zippers, which will fail within 3 months), easy to use, somewhat easy to fold away (you have to learn how to fold it). Did warm me up well. (Any more heat, and it would need a dedicated wall outlet--most outlets supply maximum of 15 Amps, and that limits how much power any general consumer product can use, without requiring special wiring).First time, I sat on a small chair, it got uncomfortable after a while. Second time, I sat inside on a towel I put on the floor, that was better, but still confining. This product may work for some people (assuming they get past the part I thought was toxic), but for me, I now realize I need something larger that I can easily stretch in and relax, and not feel confined (the confinement caused a lot of muscle pulls for me). I was hoping this quick and easy $100 product would work, and now realize I need the larger "spa" options for me, which takes much more planning and setup.

I was skeptical but I love it.
Honestly I was skeptical because this was the cheapest at home sauna I could find and it is so much cheaper than the others I saw. But I love it!!!! It does its job and makes me sweat. Easy to assemble and to disassemble, instructions are fairly easy to follow.

Easy set up and storage!
Always a good sweat and feels great afterwards. Your own personal sauna at home. This is very convenient especially with gym facilities being closed or limited due to the pandemic. The remote control doesn't come with a battery but can easily buy from a store. Highly recommend.

Really simple and gets hot.
This works really well. Not difficult to setup at all. I used distilled water. I heat up water on stove then fill machine and hook everything up and power it on to level 9, let it heat up for 5-7 mins and get in. I sat in there for 25 mins and came out drenched in sweat.I’m 6’4” 210lbs, and am able to sit fully inside it.
