Excellent for the price
I love that they are light weight, and comfortable. I've had these 7 months and they have held up nicely. I walk a lot and most on gravel paths, and they're still in one piece. The only thing I will change when I replace these will be a smaller size as these run slightly big.

great shoe for the price....very comfortable.....
Very light weight shoe... almost can't even tell im wearing safety shoes...had to replace the insole on the second day as the ones that come with them are very thin and offer no to little support. Now that I've replace the insole the shoes are very comfortable.....

Looks Great, Decently Comfortable, Fits a Bit Large, Not Water-Resistant.
Long time Amazon Prime customer, and rarely review, but I thought I would give some feedback on these steel-toed shoes. I really like them overall. I purchased them for a work trip to Spain to be around shipyard work. I wanted something different and stylish, and I did not want boots. I did not plan on actually working around heavy machinery or heavy objects, but in a maintenance environment, you need steel-toed shoes and eye protection.I found these to be surprisingly comfortable and they do a great job acting like a pair of good tennis shoes with steel-toes. They are very easy to walk in. I also got great comments on how they looked. Don't mind the "Sport" tag or the "Fashion" logo on the tongue of the shoe. It screams generic for sure. The downside of these shoes is that they fit a bit too large, so I had to break out my thick crew socks to wear them. I should have gotten a half size smaller. The other thing is where the laces end seems a bit too low. The reason I see is that it seems to be a "slip-on" sort of shoe, even though it has laces. So either put the laces higher up, or make the slip on a bit tighter around the top. If I got the smaller size, this may have not been an issue. The other thing I found out unfortunately is that these are absolutely not water-resistant. It down poured rain in Spain while I was there and my feet were soaked. So the shoes look great, but not ready for the rain, so look elsewhere if you need to wear these in the rain or plan on stepping through water puddles (large or small)!

Durable, lightweight, effective toe protection
Comfort and protection. For light industrial and home uses these shoes are just the ticket. May not be ideal for heavy duty occupations, but for general safety they perform very well. Really well made and durable. Had them over three years; (worn long passed their expected useful life) and still they are my go to work shoe.

Super comfy, start breaking down in 60 days
I bought these in desperate need to find a shoe I could wear and work in for over 10 hours standing doing hard labor. Any shoe I tried up to these shoes left me in immense pain after a few hours. These shoes worked great! They were super comfy and light making my 10 hour shifts feel like a breeze. However After about 45 days in the tops of the toes started to fray, not badly but its very noticeable. Not to long after that the "steel" toes on one of my shoes....collapsed. Leaving me in a bit of pain. I was able to actually fix it but it kept happening. IN an attempt to straighten it back out one day. The whole toe slipped and clamped up at the end of my shoe. Its still wearable, and "safe" to use, But wearing it has a bundle of fabric at the end of the shoe as if I stuck a sock at the end. While I still love these shoes, I question the longevity of the shoes.

Lasted a little over a month before failing, no response from seller
I wanted a lightweight protective toe work shoe to wear in a repair shop during the summer months. These looked like they'd fit the bill and were reasonably priced so I ordered them. I was immediately impressed with the weight and the overall fit. However, my heal is prone to lifting out of the shoe even when tied tightly. I did get used to this, but it could be more secure and could pose a safety issue if the shoe were to come up in the workplace (which happened to me once). Additionally, despite statements about a "cut-proof edge" on the steel toe, I find that I still get pinched when fully articulating the shoe, such as kneeling with my toes curled. On the plus side, the shoes are comfortable to wear 10+ hours a day and stay cool. They are subtle and look like a regular sneaker. The rubber sole is not as slip-resistant as some I've worn, but I prefer it to shoes with foam in the sole that picks up metal chips and rocks.Unfortunately, a little over a month after purchasing the shoes, one of the eyelets tore out when I was tying them. I was about a week outside of the Amazon return window, so I no longer had that option. I sent a message to the seller, and then a day later the same thing happened to the other shoe. I sent the seller several more messages over the course of the following few weeks with no response. To quote the product page:"24 H SERVICEYou're taking no risk with your purchase. We offer 100% money-back if you're not thrilled with your purchase for any reason. Just tell us and we will do our best to give you the most satisfactory solution."Obviously, a 100% money-back guarantee is of no use if you can't get in touch with them. I will be continuing my search for a decent work shoe elsewhere.

Very comfortable shoe
Very comfortable shoes and I've owned numerous pairs. The only downside I've had with the 5 pairs I've owned is, the most pivotal part of a steel toe shoe, the steel toe obviously, is the most common wear part. The cloth over the steel toe starts to degrade rapidly. Like 1-2 weeks rapidly in the Automotive field with medium use. Still after working in the Automotive field for two decades any improvement in foot comfort and sweaty 💦 feet is worth it to me personally. They used to be like 25 bucks but with inflation, like everything these days has nearly doubled in price with tax.
