Brilliant skates!
So I did a lot of research before I purchased these skates and I knew I wanted some with a metal base and padding for my very first pair. I'm happy to say I have not been disappointed, they are comfortable and fit well. I'm a women's size 8 and I got a size 8. They are wide enough for my feet and everything feels very solid and supportive.I did dye mine black as I wasn't a fan of the peach colour and got new derby laces. The laces these come with are a little short for my taste but they're cheap enough to replace. The value you get for the price of these skates is amazing and I have also since got another pair of lmnade wheels which are more of a hybrid wheel and they are great too.Definitely a great beginner skate!

Size down but very good
They are very good material and are strong! However I would size down as I got a 6 (which is what I normally wear) but they're a bit big and I could do with a 5 ideally!

Really comfortable
They are extremely comfortable. After 30+ years of non-skating I got in these and skated straight off. Good ankle support for me. The only downside is if you fall over (as I did, quite spectacularly), they do mark easily, because they are cream and suede. Other than that, they seem a good buy so far!
