This is ok but it doesn’t stay cold very long so you really need to get a couple of them so you can switch them out but it was comfortable wrapping around my ankle

Chills quickly and easy to use, conforms to joint. Only four stars because developed a hole and the beads started coming out after only a few uses. Also, while it starts out cold enough, it quickly becomes warm compared to an ice filled pack.

I love this ankle wrap. I have neuropathy due to cervical and lumbar fusion. I've been having pain from the tibial nerve that runs across the inside of the ankle. It branches off of the sciatic nerve. I've been wrapping it around my ankle a couple times a day since I got it. It has a soft side that goes against the skin. The strap with Velcro stretches so you can wrap it good and it stays in place. Great product, good quality!!

It’s OK I like how easy it is to wrap around your leg or around your foot if you need to, but it’s only cold for five minutes

This is buy and a great price. I bought one for my foot and then I fell and spraying both my wrist and I bought another one so I'd have two. It's just wonderful they wrap around anywhere. They feel great and they're inexpensive compared to others, must buy!

I bought this to wrap around my elbow, to relieve arthritic pain. It is either not designed for that part of the body, or just poorly designed? It is very difficult to wrap by myself because the velcro equipped strap just doesn't hold the wrap on. It slides off of the wrap continuously. I would need a third hand to use this. And the wrap/pad is too small for my small arm. Maybe it's a children's size? Anyway, I will be looking for something else.Edit on 4/2/22: It just broke open after warming ion the microwave after 20 seconds - less than the usual amount of time. Junk. Wish I could give "0" stars.

I love it because once frozen it stays that way for a while and I don’t have to hold it on my wrist. I think it’s great for those annoying aches and pains.
