FUN for the whole family!
We played this game at a family game night for my first grader's reading class. It was so much fun for all of us, even my preschooler that we had to order it. It has similarities to uno. It's a card game with specialty cards (draw four, skip a turn, etc.). The main cards have words on them and you are supposed to read the words. I really think it has helped both of my girls pick up on reading more. Definitely recommend for families with those learning to read or early readers and classrooms as well. There are three different decks you can play with depending on what level you want to use.

Fun and Educational
This game is so fun! All my students from 2nd to 5th grade love to play it. They are learning so much when theybare playing together while helping each other as well.I have recommended and lent out this game to many colleagues.

Fun Phonics Review!
My son adores this game, and it is a great reinforcement of phonics skills. The QR codes on the back of the cards are super helpful to ensure accurate pronunciation of sounds.

Best Fun Friday game
Best games ever. Even the students who don’t need to play it ask for it!

Good game
Took a few weeks for the kids to decide that they liked the game, I recommend taking out all the draw 4s (atleast from the first deck) as it plays much much smoother. If you take out all the specials you can also play with 2 people. Good game.

UNO With Words!
I bought this to make words more fun for my 6yr old neice who is having trouble with reading. It's basically UNO with words/letters instead of numbers/colors. We have played it a few times so far and had a blast. It's been really helpful in seeing were her problem points are, like messing up b and d and having problems with v and z sounds. We've only used the 3 letter cards so far, but hopefully we'll move up to the 4 letter cards before the end of the school year.

Impressed a reading specialist
I played this today with one of my groups and it was such a success! The group stayed engaged and even I wasn't bored out of my mind waiting for them to take turns as I am with other reading card games. The game has a peppy pace and the wild cards make it interesting as they started to strategize as they played as well. Some fierce funny rivalries broke out.The levels of the game are really going to depend on the sequence of skills in your program. Personally I find the hard deck actually the medium as vowel pairs are more unique patterns to remember an often introduced later than digraphs (the, sh, ch, etc.) and the floss rule in almost every program I know of. Good news is I can easily adapt to my needs by pulling cards.Overall a hit I can't wait to try with other groups. I agree with the criticism I saw in the comments as there isn't a lot of sounds differentiate to practice between the levels. I would loved to have seen more variety. Its still good value for em as I will continuously reuse it with groups, but for a single kid the replayability may be more limited. There are a lot of wild cards but in my opinion that helped the game consistently be moving. I think this also plays out better in larger groups (4 or more) as in a smaller setting it would become tedious. Easily fixed by pulling them out
