Cosmas 50203SN Satin Nickel 2-1/2" Two Piece Zinc (Metal) Desk Grommet - 3" Overall Diameter

They have a brushed nickel finish. I used them in a very upscale office where every detail had to look sophisticated. They look fabulous on the quartz desktops that have silver veining and drawer pulls that are also brushed nickel. All the necessary cords fit through the openings. The covers are easy for the very meticulous cleaning crew to remove and polish. I gave one to the stone fabricator so the holes could be custom cut to fit them. The owners of the business as well as the staff were thrilled with the office and it's those small details that, well - show you've given attention to details! I looked at a huge number of grommets before selecting these. If the size/color/finish work for you, you will be delighted with them.

Nice look and heavy duty. Great style for the price!. We have added a protective 1/4" thick annealed glass top to over the wood top of our built-in office cabinets. We had the glass shop give is a hole that was exactly 2-1/2" in diameter. Note, if you have a similar condition the flanges around the bottom trim ring make the diameter slighting larger than 2-1/2" (which used in a wood top the flanges help the trim ring seat and not move/rotate) so my husband had to grind most of the flanges down with his Dremel for it to fit. Aside from that minor installation hiccup it looks great!

Perfect finish and fit. This fit very nicely into a hole cut with a 2-1/2" hole saw through laminate and plywood. The visible surfaces were finished very nicely. The "cap" fits very well. Easy to move, but not too loose. I would (and probably will) buy this product again for other projects

Beautiful satin nickel metal grommet, being used in my freshly remodeled kitchen to bring hidden wires up for my answering machine/phone and an alarm monitor. Definitely necessary for maintaining a clean look on the counter top, and the satin matches my stainless appliances and cabinet pulls.

Very nice two piece wire grommet which we used in a marble countertop. Finish is very good, should hold up for a long time.

So I ordered this because I thought two pieces meant I got two desk grommets. When I received only one grommet, I went and ordered another one, because I needed. Imagine my surprise when the second grommet turned out to be pretty different than the first one!The first grommet I received was all one solid piece (not two-pieces) so the opening doesn't swivel. The second grommet was two pieces, so the opening swivels nicely. The material also seemed a bit different; the second grommet seemed higher quality metal, and a bit shinier, although both are quite good.Even though I received probably the wrong grommet the first time since it was only one piece and not two, I'm still giving this 5 stars because they're both honestly good grommets. If I had only needed one grommet I wouldn't have been none the wiser. The second one is definitely better than the first one though so if you're looking for the extra shine + nicer swivel, I would ask them to send you a different one.I drilled a 2.5'' hole using the Ikea FIXA hole saw medium sized hole into particle board (the IKEA linnmon) and it fit perfectly.

I got these because they are very shallow, under an inch, which makes them suitable for the back of my bookcases. We have some electronics with power cables and use the grommets to pass through cables without an unseemly hole. They are very easy to install, seem to be great quality, and fit my needs perfectly. To use as vertical grommets with vertical installation the tolerances are so close I only needed to add one layer of tape to the hole to make the lid stay in place via friction fit.
