I tried a few of these different products, these are the best for several reasons, one is that you can adjust them, comfy, they work, that’s a plus, and they are reasonably priced. Well done.

I tried these due to me starting to snore… I liked the different sizes that came in the box the only problem was they did not stay in my nose all night, not worth the money if u lose them on ur first night

I was being skeptical about these but decided to give them a try. Since nothing else really worked. Let me tell you these worked like a charm. I can breathe! Easily adjustable make sure to get the right size. It’s a little uncomfortable at first, since the pressure from not using nasal spray still there. (If you’re trying to give it up) I used a little massage relaxing oil on the outside and it really helped with the pressure. Hope this helps someone.

I feel that the normal clear ones are waaaay better than these. These yellow ones are pretty awful. They're not very flexible, which causes me pain, and they are thicker than the normal clear ones, which actually makes it harder for me to actually breath out of my nose. I don't know why the yellow ones are more expensive than the normal ones. Just a waste of money.

Update 2024-07-01: I have been using the Rhinomed Turbine dilators for 2 years now. There is only one change that I want to see before I purchase a lifetime supply of them - remove the diameter adjustment. I keep these dilators wide open all of the time and I've never ran across a moment where I wanted to adjust them smaller.A non-essential change that I would love to see is a variety of colors available for purchase. I would rock a blood-red or blueberry color. Mucus yellow is kinda blasé now. 😤Original review:While the official guidelines recommend using these only 10 times before discarding, I've been successfully wearing one for up to a month with no reduction of effectiveness. With careful daily washing I have not yet noticed any negative health conditions either.Ever since I started wearing these I've been able to stop the daily allergy sprays that my doctor prescribed. The dilator is more effective and the side effects are much less.

I have a deviated septum, that I had surgery on 15 years ago but still not 100%. This product works great! Takes some getting used to but once you do you notice the difference when you don’t have it on. I only use it when I sleep at night. I know that it says to change them out every 3 weeks but I’m still using the first one 2 months in. I think they can last a very long time, much more affordable than the one time use sticky over the nose ones.

I really enjoy these but my past 2 boxes have been broken and split open and none of the units were usable.
