I bought this for home use after my stylist showed me her $400 dryer that looked exactly like it. After reading reviews, I opted to purchase a 2-year extended warranty, which I normally never do. Fingers crossed.I really like all of the options/combinations of air speed and temperature, although I had to write them out on a 3 x 5 card because the manual is so tiny. The handle folds for travel, and I can tuck it neatly in the corner of my suitcase. The motor is super quiet. I showed it to my stylist, and she’s planning to buy one for herself! The alternating cold/hot function is apparently very good for smoothing long hair without having to engage the “cool shot” button.

Update! My cold shot button no longer works, so now I have no cold option at all.I love how light and quiet and powerful this little dryer is the only 3 things I would change about it is, #1 the delayed start after you turn it on (maybe that is partnof the brush-less motor), #2 the cord length is too short to my liking as a hair stylist, and #3 it needs its own cold setting, not just hold the cold button. I say that because living in the south with it being hot year round pretty much that most people don't want to be cleaned off with hot air. We can't use the little dusters per skateboard regs so a dry towel and the dryer do the rescue.

This dryer is quite and efficient. It would be light weight for someone without arthritis. Best dryer I have ever owned.

Update 2/27/23:The seller has reached out to me and has made me whole. Knowing that they stand by their product brings peace of mind and with this, I would buy this product again. However, from an environmentally conscious perspective, it would be great if the product would last longer. Which I’m hoping my replacement will.****Original review:It was a good little blow dryer while it worked. I purchased this in Sept of 2022 and as of yesterday, 1/15/2023, the buttons for the heat settings no longer work. The dryer now only works on the med settings and the light constantly blinks now. And the only way to make the air hot is if I press the low button while in the med setting. Unfortunately, my return window closed in Oct. While this was less expensive than the brand name dryer, I was still expecting to get a few years out of this. I hate to say this was a waste of money. Buy with caution. I hope yours lasts longer than this one.

I love this hairdryer. It’s lightweight and pretty quiet. It dries my hair quicker than my old dryer and it gives my hair some shine too

While the hairdryer is lightweight easy to use great for traveling mine came with a few draw backs the instruction book is useless its says 1300w on the box not 1400w as advertised and the cord was only a meter and a half not very long I've decided to keep it for awhile with a reduction in price thanks to Amazon great Customer service to see how it performs

I love it's lightness, especially as I am very arthritic. I love the way it dries my hair quickly because of its ionic capability, without my hair becoming dry and lifeless. It's easy to use, the attachments almost glide in without any force through some sort of magnetic pull and it has a great carrying case. I am so pleased that I bought it and that drying my hair is no longer the chore is used to be!

Bought for my mum for Christmas as she is getting older and her arms get tired - she is absolutely chuffed to bits! Very lightweight and super quick drying time - perfect present!

this is a nice hairdryer , no powerful enough unfortunately for professional use.I am not sure about other reviews are genuine are, my honest opinion is that this is not worth the money.
