What size would I do so that I can order labels

It comes with stickers for labels, and a white marker. But I'd recommend making labels that are 1.5" or less vertical, and 2.5" or less horizontal, if you want to make your own.

Does essential oil destroy the dropper?

Droppers with rubber bulbs should not be kept with the essential oil bottle as the highly concentrated oil can turn the rubber bulb into gum and ruin the essential oil.
