Excellent echo device.
Echo Show 10 is an excellent device. The picture quality is very good and the sound quality is simply superb! Only at times there are glitches as far as the screen rotation is concerned!I want to know regarding the screen panel.....it's LCD or LED?If someone knows then please let me know! It's not mentioned anywhere about this! Only it has been mentioned HD quality screen.

Malfunctioned on day 1 and poor customer service support for return! After couple of weeks struggle with customer service returned the product

Not useful much. You can use for google , you tube and amazon and face book and music. But no other apps can be down loaded like ( big basket/ ola/ disney/ sun nxt etc)Useful for smart home and integration but only few options are available. Example if you have smart tv you can turn on and off , using alexa but channels are not able to changeSpeakers are good.Can be rated 3.5 out of 5 scale.

Echo Show upgrade
Very happy about the Amazon Echo Show upgrade. There is significant improvement in the audio and video quality compared to the previous generation. Alexa's speech recognition and response has always been awesome.
