KT Tape, Pro Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips, Blaze Orange

This is the best tape I've found for the ball of my feet when I go on long walks. I tried athletic tape and while it stays in place for the most part, it has no give. I've tried the latex self adhesive tapes but they're a little rough and create friction and roll up if you don't make them super tight and when you do that, it cuts off circulation.Only thing I don't like is the price and that it leaves a sticky residue that I have to wipe off with alcohol or acetone.

The last time I needed KT Tape was for a knee injury back in 2019. Purchased this recently for a shoulder injury and noticed that its adhesion has improved greatly over the tape from KT that I used years ago. It’s easy to apply and sticks very well even after playing tennis for several hours. Great product. I recommend watching their YouTube videos to apply it properly.

This tape works exactly the way you would think a sports tape should work. Very light, breathable, durable, cuttable with plenty of grip.
