It's not in English
I found this headset uncomfortable but the main problem is that it speaks to you in Japanese.I dare say if you only want it for occasional use it would be fine but as I use it 10 hours a day it's not for me

Not bad at all (except it is not English but Japanese version)
The headset comes in a shiny hard paper box that looks very good (in a store) but I wish they used a recycled paper instead for online buyers to save the cost and environment (I always bin the packaging anyway). The package consists of the headset itself, little paper manual, micro USB charging cable, two ear tips and the hard paper box.If the headset was in English I would give it 5 star. While Japanese sounds really nice (its like watching a Ghibli Studio anime :) and very polite (every time I turn on the headset I am greeted like a guest in 5* hotel :) I do not understand a word. Would I purchase them if I knew they were not English version? No. Will I return it because of it now? Most likely not.PROS:- Sound quality is very good- The volume can go incredibly loud (all my Bluetooth headphones have sufficient volume but this one is the loudest)- Multipoint functionality - it can be connected to 2 devices at the same time (e.g. I can watch a movie on a tablet while I got notification sound from my mobile phone every time there is a new notification).- 4x buttons (main (multi function button), volume up, volume down, mute button)- The noise cancellation seems very good- Bluetooth 5.2 (latest version - future proof)- Quite light - lighter than majority of the competitors while the battery life is the same as the heavier headsets- Quite comfortable while stable in the ear - (this is a big deal for me)- Easily reversible from left ear to the right one and back- It works up to 10m (and I wish it was even less - no need high EM radiation close to my brain but most of the people see 10m as not far enough...)- The material and constriction looks durableCONS:- Japanese version - e.g. when receiving a call the callers name (or number?) is read in Japanese instead of English :(- Micro USB instead of USB C (latest BT 5.2 but super old micro USB?)- The main button requires hard push and then it clicks. The problem is the click is almost painfully loud at that point as you pushed the headset deep in your ear. I wish the button had lower resistance. When pushing it I also push the headset out of my ear to compensate.- No charging / protection case- Price is a bit high - there are cheaper alternatives offering even more (e.g. charging case)- No dedicated app = no future updates = no switch to English version, etc
