I recently purchased this bench as I have been working out at home more often. The quality of the bench is good, quality material and well constructed . I appreciate the full range of leg and back positions to do all my workouts. I also really like how easy it is to fold up and store in my closet. I also used coupon, it’s became more affordable for me. For this price its good deal.

One of the most important features I was looking for when shopping for a bench was a comfortable spot where I could grip my legs when working out my abs. I have a pretty simple workout routine but most of it revolves around having a strong core and this bench is great for ab workouts. Doing 25 crunches on this bench leaves your abs feeling the burn a lot more than doing 100 on flat ground. The trick is to drop the bench back to its lowest point then carefully do crunches with your legs held in place. Also wanted to mention that the hoops you see in the photos are what keeps the exercise machine in place. They’re easy to pop in or pop out which makes the bench easier to store when you’re done. The bench is too tall to store under my bed, but my bed is pretty low to the ground so it might fit under yours.

This was easy to put together and seems sturdy for home use. Worth the low amount of money for an incline and decline bench.It is light which makes it feel cheap, but I don’t have any concerns with it holding me and the weights.

The media could not be loaded.  Assembly was easy only had to bolt the foot on the leg. Install a few pins and it’s ready to go. Very sturdy as well, I am very happy I decided to go get this bench I recommend it to everyone

This bench is very lightweight. It can be moved pretty much any where are the home. It has resistant bands attached. It reclines down flat and further to help with sit-ups and working on your abs. My 15 year old loves it and so do I. I would recommend anyone getting this as a starter bench or if you don’t have time to assemble a extremely heavy one.

This bench is great. Really feels like a solid replication of what most gyms provide. Turned my tiny room into a nice place to workout

Had it put together and set up in 15 min. It seems sturdy enough and lightweight that I can move it around when I want to use it. The carabiners that come with it weren't very good and will need to be replaced (one broke just attaching it to the bench). Other than that time will tell.

This product was a lot cheaper than others I had seen. Wasn't sure how good it would be! This product was delivered on time,was easy to assemble, sturdy and folds down easy,better than expected. Would recommend this product!

Can't fault the bench. Best for my home gym and fold away easily to store. However the bands are less than useless hence the 4 stars.

Item is great value. Hold my weight plus all the weight i need to do bench press (150kg in total its holding and should easily be able to hold more). Perfect - no issues. Doesn't seem to go completely flat - but ever so slightly elevated incline which i dont care about.
