JoollySun Modern Crystal Pendant Light: Chrome Mini Globe Hanging Light Fixture for Kitchen Island Bathroom

this light is very heavy and looks very beautiful. We think it looks better than the pictures. Unfortunately, Amazon does not have the other two that we need in time so we have to return we decided for a different set.

My contractor modified the length of the wire and installed them without problem and it looks well made. I like that light comes out pretty evenly on top and at the bottom of the fixture

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a small decorational light and it looked great when it was installed. The color of the light is a little yellow, but it worked fine for our kitchen even though I have other lights that are more white. I adjusted the length to be 5 inches. Exactly what I needed. Easy to install.

the Good: The manufacturer of the product is very high quality and the packing/ shipping was the best I've ever seenthe "could be better":1- It's not possible( without a hack) to lengthen the wire after it has been shortened. Since I bought two of them I learned on the first one and got it right the second time. (See the images: In order to lengthen the wire you must slightly unscrew the brass insert to release the spring then you can lengthen the wire. If you don't do this the wire is locked at that length. It's a good mechanism to shorten but a real pain in the ass to try to lengthen it if you've made it too short.. which I did the first time :⁠‑⁠X)2-The installation directions are inadequate. The seller should create an installation video. The directions are actually WRONG about how to lengthen the wire!In all, a very high quality product which could still use some improvements

These were larger than I expected - my fault for not reading the dimensions. Even so, they look really great in my kitchen and they were easy to install - they replaced other pendant lights. Be sure to to turn off the circuit breaker, before installing.Adjusting the length of the wire is very easy and you can adjust the height after the light is installed.

The pendant lights are gorgeous. Absolutely love them, and had 3 installed above a bar/counter area. Only concern is the supposed “dimming” ability. It claims it is dimmable and I’ve searched among the questions/answers. We have tried 2 different switches, yet neither will control dimming. The lights just stay on. In fact, it sparks and then stays on. We’ve had an electrician look at it too, but same issue.We need to know are the lights themselves actually not dimmable? We opened it up, but it does not look like it can be changed out. - Hopefully the seller responds with a compatible switch. Thank you.

We installed them as soon as they arrived, they look so beautiful and were so easy to install. Delivery was with in 10 hours.

This JoollySun Mini Globe Pendant is a uniquely attractive and versatile lighting fixture. I needed a fixture over the dining room table and this one turned out to be a good fit. It comes well packaged to protect the unit from any damage during shipping. The unit looks and feels like it's well made. It's also sturdy like it will last for a long time. It has an integrated LED bulb that cannot be replaced. However, the bulb is rated for a whopping 50K hours. For reference, that's roughly 11 years longevity, assuming an average operating time of 6 hours per day.Installation is a standard procedure taking about 20 minutes to complete. After installation, it looks fantastic in the kitchen. The light is bright and gets refracted beautifully by the bubbles giving it a unique appearance. This style of this design will be suitable for most rooms around the house. On the downside, it is a bit pricey, especially for those who need multiple units. But the bubble effect and the build quality, alone, are worth the investment in my opinion. Overall, this is a well-designed, great-looking pendant. Full marks from me!

Fixtures look great but there is no certification in packaging. Please provide me with the certification. I need something that shows the fixtures are safe to install in Canada.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS/CONTENTS:Item came housed in a small cardboard box. All contents were packaged in plastic bags, sealed with plastic tie wraps and packed within protective Styrofoam. Less plastic would have been preferred.Box contained the light fixture, mounting base and bracket, two Marrettes, four screws (two to attach the bracket to an octagon/pancake box, and two to attach the mounting base to the bracket), glove and instructions.EXPERIENCE:Out of the box, the first thing you'll notice is the weight; the JoollySun Mini Globe Pendant Light is hefty! It's made from glass, not acrylic, and aside from having arrived with minor scratches on the chrome, it looks great.The light appears to have 30 visible LEDs embedded behind the glass lens, which help cast warm diffused ambient lighting upwards, coupled with a brighter light downwards, and as an added bonus, is dimmable (when paired with a proper dimmer designed to support LED lighting).Note: this is a "spot"/"accent" light. This light is *not* designed to light up a room.Installation was a snap, and to help keep the chrome, glass and ceiling fingerprint free during installation, it came with a glove. What I didn't find packaged with this device was the ground screw (to attach the accompanying ground wire to the clearly labeled GND screw hole on the enclosed mounting bracket). It also didn't come with any indication of being CSA, CE, ETL or UL safety certified. I reached out to the seller for clarification; they stated it was UL certified and sent along paperwork for "wire" and "LED driver" certification.Taking a peek under the hood also revealed lack of an electronic filter, something commonly found in other LED lighting fixtures. Also noteworthy is the size of the mounting base/cover as it *barely* covers a standard octagon/pancake box, so if there's any gap between the drywall and the box, you will see it (see pictures). Although the physical installation was easy, removing/cutting the needless tie wraps was a nuisance; they were cinched tightly to the wiring so I had to take extra care not to nick it during removal (see pictures).Given the lack of safety certification markings, I had originally awarded this product three stars. Based on seller's follow-up answer, I'll bump this up to four stars. If product was fully marked as certified, this would have been a five.PROS:+ Glass lens instead of acrylic.+ Looks fantastic off or on.+ Ease of installation.+ Glove to help keep fixture/ceiling neat and tidy during installation.CONS:- No accompanying safety certification (CSA/ETL/UL/CE etc.) labeling/documentation.- Arrived scratched (not indicative of entire production line, but I would be remiss if I didn't point it out).- Lack of ground screw.TL;DRThe JoollySun Mini Globe Pendant Light is a great looking light fixture in both daylight and nighttime. It's constructed of glass, not acrylic like cheaper fixtures, and is a snap to install. The only concern I have with this device is the lack of included safety certification/labeling.As always, I hope you found this review helpful in some small way.

This is an excellent mini globe pendant light that has an elegant, sophisticated, modern design that looks great in any room. The light is crafted out of excellent quality materials and has a fairly large crystal ball. The crystal ball contains air bubbles that help emphasize the light and alter the lighting pattern. This pendant light looks amazing and produces very easy on the eyes light that casts an elaborate lighting pattern. The length of the light was adjustable and it was easy to hang.Overall this is an excellent quality pendant light that is free of imperfections, works perfectly, and looks great in any room.
