Resistance bands
Very good for the easy exercises and well worth it.

Product as described, three resistances to choose from. Can't speak for longetivity yet but first impressions are good, bands seem durable and stretch well, stay in place during exercise. Easy to use, reasonable price.Does have a fairly strong latex smell when you first get them, like opening a bag of balloons but worse. It sticks to your hands and what not, but that fades within a day or two so overall still happy with them.

What are the strengths of resistance?
Just as advertised. Variable resistances. Personally I would require a stronger resistance for my exercises.

One snapped another ripped
On the face of it this is a nice set but I’m not sure they are really up to the job. First time I tried the red one, it snapped. I’ve been using the blue one for a while and now it has partly ripped. I have not abused them or even stretched them particularly hard. I’m not sure the material and/or the manufacturing process is up to scratch. Shame as they were nicely packaged but I can’t recommend them.

They work fine.
Brilliant, have had a few hours with them now and they do exactly what I was expecting of them and physio at hospital said they were decent bands too. Hard to comment on durability as have only had them a short while.

Good selection of resistant strengths
Pack of three latex resistance bands for leg exercises. Each band is a different colour with a different resistance strength (blue: light, yellow: medium, red: heavy) cone with a storage bag and small leaflet with some exercises. Not particularly thick bands but strong so shouldn’t split easily. Only negative so far is they can get a bit sweaty when used against bare skin and can slip & slide around.
