Q: Why does it say from the manufacturer 20' section and comes in a 15' section? I'm not happy!

I never even measured it but it is not as thick as the picture. Holds up fine though. I use it with my pit bull and an adolescent pit bull, her puppy.

Q: Does this coil (shorten) as the dog walks or stay straight? We have an aerial run & need a cable to coil above his head so he won't tangle his feet.

I have 2 of these each for 1 year & so far they have remained straight. They have not coiled or crimped up. Our dog weighs 85 lbs.

Yes it is not very strong and clips don’t stay on

It depends on which one you get I purchased a 30 foot when you place the order just make sure you order the right one
