Glad I purchased
When I remodeled my kitchen my contractor suggested I switch to this type of switch. So glad I did. It works well and is much safer and convenient than reaching under my sink to turn on my old switch

Very good, useful
Very good, useful, durable and easy to install switch. Especially like the two color buttons that comes with the package.

Easy install - good price
This was very easy to install in an existing hole in a cast iron sink (replaced a soap container). I normally wait for my spouse to install, but took care of this on my own. You will need to have someone hold the top part in the hole while the bottom nut is tightened (my kid contributed to this). Works well, priced lower than one that I could've bought to "match" my new Delta faucet (chrome is chrome and I already own the garbage disposal of the same brand). Would recommend and buy it again.

Technical specifications
After the simplistic response from the manufacturer , here is what I got on the specs-see photos:The air switch, Tecmark model TBS301A is rated at 25 amps @ 125 vac. The switch label says it’s rated for 1 HP and 12 Amps running current, so about 2X starting(25Amp switch). The wiring is 14 AWG in the box and the 3 prong plug is 16AWG.Typical failure is water getting in the air switch. Latching air switches are available at pool supplies or online.The manufacturers response is to connect it to a 15 to 20 amp circuit which is a standard house circuit, but note,the label on it says it is only good for 12 amps
