i had been using the intone device for over a year. And while it did work, it was very uncomfortable. This one is much more comfortable to use. I also like the different settings and the timer. I don't need to hold this one in place like the intone either. Just mind melt on my phone for 20 minutes and it's done. Noticing a difference with. Ladder leakage

I have used as directed. It broke down after two months of usage. And for $200 thats just not good consumer practice. Sad fact is that I think it actually works but it broke down....

Damaged
The device came in a damaged package and manufacturer didn’t respond for 1 month for my request to return. I haven’t open it, but the inability to communicate from the manufacturer is a turn off
