I’m writing this review because I think this is truly a good and effective product. It’s been useful for me and it’s something I will continue buying. I have a heart condition and usually have some trouble with caffeinated products but this product doesn’t cause the problematic side effects other items do.How to use: place on your tongue and let it dissolve. It’s thicker than a breath freshening strip so it does take longer to dissolve. For maximum effect, try to let the product absorb through your mouth rather than stomach, where stomach acids will likely degrade the product. You want it to be absorbed primarily through the membranes in your mouth which will deliver the caffeine to your bloodstream quicker.Pros: it works quickly!! A little more caffeine than a cup of coffee. No crash. No shakiness. Doesn’t stain teeth like coffee/tea. No unhealthy ingredients that can be found in energy drinks. No extra sugars and calories. Save money by replacing your morning coffee! No stomach/digestive issues after consuming caffeinated beverage.Cons: the taste takes some getting used to. It has a minty quality but the taste is odd. I’ve tried caffeine mints and they have a similar taste.

I have been ordering these for quite a while now. They have been safe and effective for me and for friends I haveshared them with. I like the minty taste also. I will sometimes use just half a sheet and that works well also.I always make sure I order more before mine run out.

I like these because they are easier than a cup of coffee. They melt on your tongue and have a fresh minty taste.

Great for a hit of energy and bonus that its mint flavored! These things so often have sugar in them which I feel these my breath less than fresh this is a great combination.

The energy strips gave me plenty of energy and they had a nice taste to them, also a breath freshner. try them if you need a burst of energy.
