Portable Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Speakers - August MS515 - Two Unit Stereo Set for Laptops/Smartphone/Tablet with iOS and Android App - Rechargeable Speaker

Was a little dismayed at the size of speakers, thinking they couldn't possibly put out good sound. I was wrong. Great sound for what they are, small bluetooth speakers. I have several bluetooth speakers, and was longing for true STEREO sound and then found these. True stereo with an advertised play time of 15 hours. I thought it wasn't possible, so I tried them out. Five hours the first night on my deck, 4 hours the second night, and three hours the 3rd night, all on one charge. I don't know if they would have made the advertised 15 hours, but 12 hours is at least double what the other speakers were able to deliver. The only reason I charged them when I did was because I was so enamored with the sound and didn't want them running out while I was listening. Having to run a cable from master/right speaker to slave/left is a bit cumbersome but well worth the trouble. So there's no confusion, the bluetooth sends the signal to the master speaker which you then connect to the slave via supplied cable(2 different lengths from which to choose). I heartily recommend these to anyone who is tired of listening to music played through one tinny speaker. Only time will tell if these are durable enough to last a while, but they come well packaged with plenty of cables for charging and using. I wouldn't mind selling these myself.

Packaging très pro et fourni (tout ce qu'il faut en câble et même plus), design et taille impeccable, une finition rare, un poids qui atteste d'une qualité certaine.C'est du plug & play, très simple de s'en servir en bluetooth ou en filaire (directement sur une ancienne TV par ex) ; le son est pile ce qu'il faut. Clair, une certaine profondeur (pour des enceintes à 50€ hors promo c'est quelque chose) et on sent malgré tout les basses taper quand on les porte (à poser sur une surface dure pour qu'elles soient efficaces).A côté j'ai un kit branché à une carte son USB externe, j'ai apprécié la différence de traitement de son, ça change de par la clarté et c'est nomade, batterie intégrée etc.Je regarderai les produits de cette marque à l'avenir quand je devrais changer d'HP.

I have 3 sets of bluetooth speakers now, with these being the 3rd and they fit well into the group.. I had read the reviews and couldn't resist buying these for our patio beer garden because of the great price (we bought an August lamp and received a 15$ coupon which I applied to this purchase). They are small(ish) and they look good, do have crisp clear highs and the lack of bass is a fact, but what can one expect with something this size and at this price point. There is nothing to dislike about these. They do the job well, the instructions were clear and set up took less than 5 minutes and they look good. I don't want big sound and booming bass that would annoy neighbours and these do the trick. One of my other sets of Bluetooth speakers require long cables, a power transformer or 8 batteries and weigh about 2lbs each. They sound much better but are such a hassle to set up and tear down, these little speakers you just pick up and put wherever you want. I use them all around the house. Two products from August and they are just great.

Die Lautsprecher vermittelten schon beim erswertigen Eindruck. Saubere Verarbeitung ohne scharfe Kanten oder wackeligen Teilen. Der Klang überzeugte mich dann vollends. Man kann zwar bei der Größe keine ausgeprägten Bässe erwarten, dennoch sind sie für den angedachten Zweck dieser Boxen absolut ausreichend und wahrnehmbar. Der Klang ist transparent und klar. Auch bei höherer Lautstärke wird der Ton nicht zerrissen oder übersteuert. Für Abende auf der Terrasse oder am Balkon oder am Badesee sind diese Lautsprecher der perfekte Begleiter und liefert dank des Stereosounds auch für anspruchsvolle Musikhörer einen mehr als zufriedenstellenden Hintergrund. Habe die Boxen für mich und einen Freund, der ebenfalls Wert auf guten Klang legt, als Geschenk bestellt und auch ihm damit eine Freude bereitet.

Received it today. Well packaged. First impressions was that they are small and that i would be disappointed but i am not!They feel and look nice. They come with usb charging cable , 2 LR connection cables (1.5 m and 3 m) to hook up bothspeakers and audio in cable. Both have on of switch and micro usb charging port. main speaker (left one) has audio in to connect directly from a audio source by cable. It has a rocker switch to be pressed for pairing, to adjust volume and to go next/previous song if your devices supports this blue tooth feature. I use it with my samsung tablet s2 and the bluetooth pairing went without a problem. It asks for passcode to enter but ignore this and press ok and it will be paired. Selected Hotel California (what else of course) and here is it where i became pleasantly surprised of the sound quality and volume it is pumping out. More then adequate for the sleeping room, bathroom, kitchen or by the pool. The stereo spatial effect is much better then other BT speakers which have both left and right speakers placed in one unit. I use it mainly for watching netflix on my projector in my sleeping room and put the speakers below the screen while the s2 is hooked up to the projector using MHL and BT to connect to these nice speakers. Highs are crisp, mids are very clear and the bass is more then acceptable but not as strong as bigger and more expensive systems like JBL flip2 or Sony sr series or the Bose Bt speakers. But for the price i am very happy i bought them. If you really need top notch sound stage with bass then find something more expensive and bigger. If you need something good looking, small form factor, real stereo separated Left and Right speakers (2x5W!, cable is needed in between) for real stereo for a fair purchase price i recommend this one.
