Bigso Sven Document Storage Box, Dark Grey

I love the hinged lid on this box. My desk at home does not have drawers, so I use this box to hold what would normally be in a desk drawer. The box is just the right dimensions to slip into one of the small shelves of my desktop organizer. So, when I need a sticky note, a paperclip, or a pen, I just slide out this box and open the front to quickly get what I need. I ordered the white color to go with my white desk and white desk organizer shelf unit. The box is covered in a linen weave fabric. It is sturdy enough to likely last for years and years with gentle use. It's exactly what I was looking for.

I have used these boxes for years and had previously bought them for a store that specializes in containers. I was glad to find them on Amazon at a lower price. Same product, same quality. I use them for working files such as bills to pay, tax related receipts, special projects, etc. They work well for vertical storage in a bookcase or cabinet or horizontal storage. When I want to use folders in them, I use the vinyl project sleeves with thumb cuts instead of tabs and they fit well (Dunwell Project Sleeves 8.5x11 is an example of one that I've used successfully for these document boxes).

If you want to store some papers or the like that may be important to you, this is the box for you. Very, very nice.

I wonder why it's such a hassle to get this product from Amazon.ca. It's an amazing product for storing your paperwork (tax paper, receipts or just a hide-away box when the guests are coming and your home office is cluttered!) and it's a great presentation box for business purposes! My sister uses this to store kids' school papers and projects. It's solid, sturdy and very well made. We go through so many of this in a month that we need to order from the container store! Amazon.ca is only allowing us to order 1-2 at a time.

This was bought to hold my son's special papers, that I want to keep to remember his child hood. Initially I thought 1-2 would suffice, but since I seem to want to 'hoard' many papers, art works, etc...I will be buying more ;) No problem though. These are well constructed and very vibrant. The look nice on my office shelves...
