Perfect for giving money "on account" to kids – – and getting change back!I use these when I need to give my kids money for a day out or similar, but I want to know what they have spent it on and, what I want any change back.Just put the cash into one of these, along with an index card and a mechanical pencil. Have the child collect receipts and/or write down expenditures on the index card as the day goes by, putting all change back into this handy reclosable envelope.I tell my kids that, at the end of the day, the receipts and/or index card notations must square with the amount of change left in the cash zipper envelope, or they are responsible for any shortfall.This system works much better than letting them comingle my money into theirs.

I love these things. I am new to couponing and was looking for a better way to get organized when I separate my coupons by store so that it can make it easier while I'm out shopping. Previously, I was using standard business size envelopes which eventually began to show signs of wear. This was a great replacement. Holds all my necessary coupons and more. And because they are made of plastic, I am able to shield my coupons from any dirt or water damage. This is a plus, because I recently spilled water in my purse and discovered that my coupons and receipts were safe and sound. :)

I use these as passport wallets. They hold currency, passports, and other travel documents and are clearly visible. I stick my baggage claim receipts on the back so I always no where they are. Eventually the slider breaks but worth have some spares as I have found nothing else as light weight and practical.

While bigger than I needed, these are well made for what they are. I'm sure that they will work for what I need them for. We are using them to store cash envelopes for our budget system. If you're looking for a daily carry though, look elsewhere. I don't think these will hold up to everyday or heavy use.They are a good size. If you've seen a bank deposit bag, they are about that size.

The quality feels so so on these I think they will hold up awhile but more than a couple months is questionable I liked that I was able to use permanent marker to write on them for organizing

Great for storing receipts for business. Also use to keep important papers together in glove box.

I bought these to do envelope budgeting, but they are much too large to put in my purse, so I returned them. The quality wasn't bad, they seemed sturdy, just not practical for using as budgeting envelopes. I expected them to be closer to the size of money. However, if you want something a little on the larger size, these could work nicely.

I love these zip envelopes for travel (collecting receipts etc.) as well as keeping coupons, receipts and paperwork I need to address.They are sturdy enough...but probably would not take a lot of a abuse.
