Best Licorice?
I love this licorice. I have ordered every kind of the mixed licorices on Amazon-to compare. None of them were as flavorful and moist-by moist I mean chewable. The others were dry and crusty, and did not have much flavor. If Wiley Wallaby is not available-I would now rather go without.

Very Tasty
Very tasty but not quite up to the standard of the original Licorice Allsorts from the UK. Less variety than the UK version. But quite moorish, bag didn’t last past two sittings

Licorice lovers
I've been a licorice lover all my life. This product came to me fresh and GOOD! I'm going to get more of it. Also, got it in record time.

These don't age well
I'm quite fond of licorice allsorts and have sampled a lot of different ones. The best are from Finland and are just about impossible to find. These are about the second-best, if they are fresh. When good, they have an almost creamy texture and a strong fruity taste and odor. The ones I got from Amazon were not. They had not actually expired but they were hard, almost woody, and had lost most of their flavor. They were still over a year from their expiration date, but maybe they had been subjected to high heat or something. They were nasty. I find that if you buy these from a brick-and-mortar store you can squeeze the bag and tell if they are fresh. Or you can be persnickety and return stale ones to Amazon. This fresh-vs-stale problem, BTW, extends across all brands. The third-best are from New Zealand, very good when fresh, awful when stale. The worst are Gustav's. I've never found fresh ones.

Not delicious
This review is for the licorice allsorts and the mixed berry flavors.I’m a Brit, and only Basset’s have the true licorice allsort flavour that I am searching for. I do occasionally order from the British Store, but I thought I’d try something different. So, for the allsorts, I wasn’t expecting much. But I wasn’t expecting an overwhelming strawberry flavor! I am confused as to why strawberry is the dominant flavor. There is little distinguishing flavor between the different pieces. There are no whole licorice pieces. There is no coconut. No jelly! It’s all just the same bland overly colored sugar wrapped overly sweet soft licorice that isn’t really a traditional black licorice flavor. As for the mixed berry twists, these are also disappointing. Over half these twists aren’t even translucent… they are opaque! I don’t even know how to deal with opaque berry colored licorice. It’s just not really licorice, to my taste. Sorry.I’m sure my kids will eat them, but… not me. This is just sickly.
