Natural Nutra Vegan Melatonin 5mg with Vitamin B6, Gluten Free, 50 Tablets

The fact that this is time release, not only got me to sleep, but helped to get past my body's habit of waking up at 3:00am. Tried this at a ladies retreat and several of us fell in love. Of course, like all melatonin, I do get some crazy dreams, but the fact that I am asleep and able to dream makes me a happy girl!

My mom has dementia and needs help falling asleep. The product I had been using was discontinued so I tried this one. It works just as well as the one we had been using. My only minor complaint is that the tablets aren't scored. Mom doesn't need a whole tablet so without scored lines, it' s a little difficult to cut small, even amounts.

Excellent source of melatonin for anyone who prefers to avoid many alternative sources that contain sugar. Prompt delivery, even during the busy holiday season. Would certainly order again.

Actually this product was neither better nor worse than others of the ilk that I’ve tried...

I've tried other melatonin products that were ok, but I would have to use more and wake up tired. This formula with B6 is the best! I sleep well and am dreaming again:)

I’ve been taking melatonin for years and recently tried this brand and even if I take two (10 mg total) I can’t get to sleep or stay asleep after 3 am. I got some other brand and the 3 mg knocked me out and kept me asleep all night. Not sure what’s actually in this bottle but I won’t be buying it again.

I don't usually write reviews, but I must say this really works! No groggy feelings in the morning and very fast acting.
