SereneLife Hydroponic Herb Garden Kit – 8 Seed Pods Included, Indoor Garden with Full-Spectrum Grow Light, Adjustable Height, and Smart Hydroponic System

I bought this to try to keep plants alive indoors because my house has terrible lighting.I liked the container having an easy watering dish. You just add water to the bottom through a small flap and it waters four of the pods. There are two dishes, each holding four pods.I do find that the light was easy to set up and use. The hight was adjustable so you could adjust the light based on the plant height.There was an easy-to-follow instruction book, it walked you through how to set it up, how to use the light for different plant ages, etc.It came with only 8 dirt pods and if you want to reuse the planter, you will need to buy new dirt pods. It also did not come with seeds. I preferred that so I can pick what plants I want to care for.

Just got my Serene Life Hydroponic Herb Garden set up today. It was easy to set up. The question that I had was answered online. I wanted to know how many seeds per pod to insert. Some seeds are SO small it is hard to determine exactly how much you have put in. I have used a similar product that has each pod pre-planted and did not have much success with that one. I think this one will be a success. I appreciate the fact that you can check the water level on the front. I was not sure exactly where the minimum marker was to be so I filed the water to the top of MIN. Hope that was correct. Hope to see plants soon and then plan to repot when they are mature, and the beat goes on.

This kit came with everything needed to start, which is different from others. With some small extra items to help start your plants, and the easy to assemble and disassemble parts for easy cleaning this garden was a great gift for my mother. This has made having fresh herbs in the kitchen Easy and compact. My mother used to have a shelf full of potted herbs that became hard to keep healthy. I would recommend this to any one who is looking to start their own garden, or in helping update a old garden that became to cluttered with pots rather then plants.

Our smart indoor garden just showed up. It was nicely packed and easy to put together without instructions even though easy to ready instructions are provided. It looks like it is made well and easy to use. We Love our outdoor garden and will miss it in the winter. We are hoping this will provide us with some fresh vegetables during the winter. If all goes well we will be purchasing additional to expand our winter garden.

This was a waste of money. Nothing grew, everything had mold after a week and I followed the instructions about water levels. I tried 3 times, got 3 seedlings to sprout. The first one died because I thought I could actually leave it in the garden to grow. The second one died because I took the pod and planted it but the core was so tight there was no room for the roots to grow. By the 3rd sprout I saved it by pulling it out immediately and planting it in a real pot. I just pulled the whole system apart amd uses the grow light but it's not the right kind of light for good growth so I bought something else entirely and MIGHT use this just for seedlings but I doubt it. Don't waste your money.

I gave my daughter this system as a gift. She was delighted & immediately ordered the seeds she wanted to try. Her seeds are supposed to arrive by Friday and she said she will give me an update on how they grow! I will post an update.This is what she said about the set up:“The hydroponic grow system was very easy to set up, has everything you need to start growing (grow cups, dirt, great light that is adjustable and has auto on/off hours), and came with good directions to get the process started. Waiting on my seeds to come in and I can’t wait to have my own fresh herbs on my counter!”

The set up of the unit with water and pods is easy and looks nice. The light is perfect and the timer capability makes it convenient. However not one single seed sprouted in your pods. I used my own pods with seeds from the same seed packs the 2nd time and 9 out of 12 sprouted. The material in your pods turned moldy. I sponged diluted peroxide on the tops of the pods but the mold returned and the seeds again didn't sprout the 2nd time. Not sure where the problem arose but I will try for the 3rd time to sprout seeds, as I want this to be usable inside my home.

I got two out of twelve plants to survive. This was missing items and they would not send what was missing first off. Then using it it just doesn’t do what it says. It was easy to set up though.Would not recommend this brand.
