Absolute junk
Paddle broke on second use. Any sane person looking at the design can see that it will not last. Putting a square hole in the top of the plastic paddle with the corners almost to the outer edges is probably one of the dumbest things I’ve seen make it to market. I hope the pioneer woman discovers her picture is on a piece of junk.

Broke on first use
Everything went fine until the churning finished.Instead of stopping when ice cream thickened and completed... it continued to turn forcing the break and the motor to detach and continue to spin, bumping along.. it broke the tip of the churn that connects to the motor.Really disappointed. This was my mothers day gift.

It works!
This is the quietest and fastest ice cream maker I've owned! Have tried 3 other brands and have been disappointed in all. I don't use but maybe a few times a year. The last one only was used maybe 6-7 times before it quit working. We'll see how long this lasts but am happy so far.
