It says bovine collagen. Don’t know where the other answer got marine from.

Can you take flex and glow together?

Yes you can take them together, I take 2 scoops of Glow and 2 scoops of Flex in the same serving (usually in a nice black coffee), I did check this with PURA and they said it is fine to mix and take them together.
