Yes, but they are hard to find. Usually two jumpers of sufficient length ship with the antenna. The Rocket is made to clip onto the antenna.

A station 800 feet away from the antenna is only 7 degrees below horizontal. As you get closer to the antenna, the angle increases but, since the distance to the antenna is also decreasing, there shouldn't be any dead spots. Go to Ubiquiti's web site and download the antennas datasheet to see the actual coverage maps for your antenna.

Is the primary difference between the am-5g19-120 and the am-5g16-120 the gain? does that justify the $60 difference?

Yes - the gain is the only difference - 3 db is double the signal. If you don't need the gain save the money or perhaps if you don't need 120 degrees of coverage look at the 90 degree antennas.
