What's the point of these? They cost 20 quid I can get yoghurt for far far less and get natural probiotics right? Also I don't these are good for my gut as since I've started taking these I've had the opposite effect of What's suppose to happen supposedly.. they seem decent enough but I guess my gut prefers the natural stuff. 🤷‍♂️

I purchased these capsules due to having digestive issues...loose stools and not formed.I also had an issue that every single morning I had to go to the toilet twice, once before breakfast and always afterwards-with loose stools the 2nd time. Taking these capsules I now only go once in the morning and the stools are no longer loose!I started off by taking 2 capsules but found they irritated my stomach further.I switched down to only 1 and take it after I've had something to eat and have found the stools have firmed up, this hadn't happened before no matter what I took, so I am very glad I've found these.It won't work overnight and for me it took over two weeks (because I started with 2 capsules instead of 1)It started with when I went on holiday to Morocco and since coming back my digestive system got messed up, with unformed loose stools, no matter what I tried it didn't work.Seeing that these capsules contain strains such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Lactobacillus paracasei, bifidobacterium lactis, bifidobacterium. longum, Streptococcus thermophilus (all of which are the most beneficial in their family) I chose these capsules.These capsules are a great help if your digestive system is a mess, serving size is 2 capsules which contain 60 billion CFU (CFU in the 30-50 billion range is good for gut care at a general yet advanced level, for when your gut needs extra care).So by taking 1 capsule I take 30 billion CFU's, which I am finding adequate for the issues I was having-I found taking 2 a bit too strong, but it depends on the kind of issue you have, so it may be worth taking 1 to begin with and see how it works for you, if you feel 1 isn't enough, then switch to 2.Some will complain about having to take 2 capsules and not 1, being cheated out of their money, but I stress that taking 60 billion CFU's with 2 capsules will probably be too much for most people.Also you're paying for your gut health which plays an essential part of your health, and these capsules are a definite help.So hope that this review may help to clear some information up and come in useful for some people, and hope they will help people as they've helped me!.

I heard for While now that probiotic are incredibly good but never used them because they're well pretty overpriced but for good reason non the less I bit the bullet and have been using them for weeks now and they're like a miracleI'm a bottom so cleanliness for me is a must and I feel so much cleaner and better, after weeks of using I have also noticed how my urge to eat has been massively reduced I used to eat fairly big meals now I eat so much less and as a result have seen weight loss which I could not be happier with and will definitely get these againI did at the start suffer with some mild stomach pain but I stuck with it and I'm so glad I did
