This is very good and teaches nicely the concepts to beginners. It has 161 pages.Recommend the book for beginners and intermediate levels.

This book seems to have good direction, starting with a very informative & helpful background to JS and moving through practical stuff in logical sequence via clear explanation. Far superior to a half-dozen other JS books I bought, 3 or 4 of which are grounded in amateurish teaching styles and incomprehensible pigeon-english.

If you nothing about JavaScript buy this book it will help with a lot imho
