Soooo good!!!!!!
This is SUCH an amazing book!!!!! I love how these books never get boring!!! I wonder if Shadowsights leg will heal. I really hope Rootspring joins Thunderclan!!! Then he can have kiys with Bristlefrost!! My favorite kit names are Sunnykit(Sunnyfern)-Pale yellow she-kit with ginger stripes and green eyes, Willowkit(Willowheart)-Gray and black tabby she-kit with warm amber eyes; Named after Willowshine, and Skykit(Skyheart) Black and white tom with blue eyes, named after Rootsprings former clan. I hope you enjoy my suggestions Erin!!

[ A Gripping Thriller ]
wow !! i love this book, i'm so glad that Hunter is finally putting a " spirit world " setting for half of the book! Most of the others were mainly set in the forest / living world. Us readers finally get to penetrate the mysterious and murky secrets of The Dark Forest and the barrier between life and death. The only issue is that when you pick this book up to read, you can't put it down!** SPOILERS ALERT **The end scene was really dramatic and shocking, and I feel kind of bad for Rootspring, being used as a lamb to the slaughter. I do have some doubts about Snowtuft, though. The fact that the Hunters added him back was a really nice touch, but like Darkstripe, he supported Tigerstar I, and the DF cats who supported him were the greedy who wanted a bit of power. As demonstrated in this book they were " cowards " but I guess Snowtuft could be different, because he wasn't like a sidekick, more like a mere servant for Tigerstar I, therefore that could make all the difference.A well-paced book this was, probably one of the best in the series so far. Shadowsight attempting to get into the DF and only succeeding after some tries made it so much more realistic. Willowshine trying to get into the DF was a bit of a sudden choice in my opinion as she's always been a bit of a background character until her death and imprisonment, which is when she came into the spotlight. However, I'm glad that RiverClan cats are getting a bit more attention as the next series book (After A Light In The Mist) is more centered around RC as one of the protagonists, Frostpaw, is RC.So many questions popped up here, so I can't wait for the finale to the Broken Code arc to come out! Bristlefrost was a bit overshadowed by Rootspring and Shadowsight though. Overall, amazing book, though another cliff-hanger for the ending was a bit annoying.
