When I first got it it worked ok and the velcro strap was very useful, but there are a few problems.- it is quite small, so the liquid inside cools quite quickly- the recommended heat time didn't warm it enough so I did for longer, also to try and extend the use time- unfortunately after a couple days I put it in the microwave with a corner folded over and it fused together. When I pulled it apart it leaked, and it's liquid inside rather than gel chunks as with some other packs so it had to be thrown, so you need to position it carefully when heating itSo it's ok but it would have been better if the outer material had a higher melting point, and if it was a little bigger so it would trap more heat, and if it used higher quality filling.

Very good gel pack, easy to freeze and apply with built in straps. Used on lower back but needs to be wrapped in a towel or too cold even through a tee shirt. Would recommend

This product was great..until it wasn't. After only having it for a month the bag split and was oozing gel. (This was after only a few uses in the freezer).I wouldn't buy again.

This is very easy to use. It's comfortable to use. Definitely helped with my muscle pain. Good value for money. Would recommend.
