I am very impressed by the quality of this bag. I bought the black small because I am 5 ft tall and most backpack style bags are just too much for me. The straps are easily adjustable, and the bag fits very comfortably. I am retired now, but I sure wish I had a bag like this when I was a working professional. It would have held all the electronics and other items I needed, and it makes a beautiful presentation. The zippers are substantial and work very well. The stitching is perfect, obviously done with care. I expect this bag will withstand a lot of heavy use and still look great. It looks like I paid at least twice as much for this bag. I could not be more pleased!

I have been looking for a backpack handbag that is small, and this one was a little larger than I envisioned, but in the long run, I think it's a good size for me. I didn't need to carry an IPad or Laptop with this backpack; I needed more of a dressy purse, and this fit the bill. I would have preferred a special place on the outside for my phone, but other than that, this handbag is well made and attractive to look at. I am 83 and have back problems, so carrying a backpack purse helps the strain on my back and helps my posture, even though one young lady saw me and said, "Wow, even old people can carry backpacks". To her I would say, "Yes, we can!"

Worth the money very cute holds a lot of stuff but the bag is really stiff.

This bag is big, which makes it hard to find things. Also, it's a pain to open. The cord to open it doesn't slide easily. When it's closed the metal endings on the cord swing around and hit things. I'm sure there are nicks on my car from it. The magnetic clasp isn't strong, so it's hard to get the flap to close on it. It looks nice, and seems to be standing up well, but it's not super convenient.
