This set is fantastic except the hand held sprayer comes with an international plumbing piece which makes it probe to leaking and no other parts at the store can remedy the issue. The seller did their best and sent us a new one but it was made the same way. We were eventually able to get it to connect.

This product is cheaply made. It took my installer almost a day to install because it would leak. I would of returned it but the installer threw away the packaging. I will never buy this product again. You get what you pay for.

The other reviews are right. This has been a nightmare installation. It leaks from every where. The faucet parts are cheap and dont fit into housings. Was unable to get them to turn all the way. Because they are so fragile it makes it hard to even try to rench them in. Very disaapointed.

Great water pressure from both shower head and hand held

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a great looking rainfall shower head but it is not what it seems. The shower head must be chrome plated because the chrome on the one I bought is being eaten away by rust.

Great customer service and good product

Be careful in considering this product it is British threading and the connections are expensive and hard to get.
