This baking mat is awesome! It rolls out flat and sticks to the counter's top so it does not slide around when you are working on it. It has measurement marks on it and cleans up by simply washing it off, drying it off and rolling it back up. We use ours to make homemade bread and is a lifesaver when folding and kneading the loaf dough. I wish we had run across this sooner!

The quality of this product meets fine. Doesn't stick and it’s easy to clean. Light weight and the quality for the money I guess pays off a little. I just wish it didn’t cost as much as it did but you know everything cost an arm and a leg nowadays.

This is a great baking mat. I use it all the time for making bread and pizza dough. It provides an excellent surface for kneading, rolling and cutting all kinds of dough.It's easy to clean and so far is very durable.

So far, so good. Size is perfect for my counter and the measurements along the edge are very helpful. The printing is not very clear but good enough for my needs. Rolls up easily to store with my baking sheets.

This purchase was actually my second Dania and Dean baking mat. My daughter saw mine and wanted a smaller version. I was able to tell her how convenient, clear and easy to read the markings are. How easy it is to clean. How stable it is-which she was able to see herself. The size fits her counters while mine fits my island. Dough rolls easily.
