This does not have the best taste but since using it my blood sugar has stabilized. Once you get used to the taste it is a great product.

Ok Read and follow the directions on the package . I use boiling water 4 tbls in 32 oz BS down under 100 for the first time in years. I taste like crap but I dont care. It will travel well .I slice and freeze B melon but I travel a lot so this will help . will buy again

The quality is not good.

I bought this for my shakes, it taste better than actually cooking and eating bitter melon.

Very strong product and a little goes a long way. Easy to mix small amount in coffee, tea, soups etc without after taste. Dropped my glucose level from 101 to 96..

Pure and genuine product.
