Bought it 15 days ago with expedited delivery Came late After installing, the App didn't work Contacted support in the US and after long troubleshooting session they said the chip is bad and the device must be replaced. Trying to return in Amazon but the app didn't allow me as I exceeded the return period. Kwikset said I need tonreturn it from where I bought it from and they don't have local reps in Dubai So simply stuck with a bad product but since I did the door prep work I'm having to buy a new one and just hope it will work DONT GET TRAPPED !!

Elite lock. Remote access via app and finger print are so easy. If you love convenience this is a winner. The lock is speedy and consistent. Replace batteries when it tells you and you will never use your key. Use it all the time including auto-lock and batteries last for a good while. Install is super straight forward.

Installation is one thing but the app is not available in Singapore. Even if I were to download the APK offline, it still requires a non-Singaporean mobile for registration. The only Asian countries that are in the app are India and Vietnam. So for now, I just use the traditional keys.

Just installed this product and went to download the app... It’s not available outside the US & Canada. Crazy!!! Why??? Was so looking forward to replacing my Kevo 2Nd Gen with this model. It's useless without the app... Just a very expensive dead bolt. I tried to contact Kwikset to query the unavailability of the app but the International number doesn't work. I sadly have to return it!
