Pretty good. Reminded me of rome
Basic but authentic. Pretty close to the quality i had in italy. The taste would depend on completely on your cooking skills though.Be warned, the boiling instructions are meant to make it al dente. Boil it for a couple of more minutes to match the Indian palate.
