Love the comfort and easy to use.

These sheers are sharp as can be, super high quality. I like the length of the blades, and the chomper effect is great on my goldendoodle's thick, wavy, cow-licky fur. However, the finger loops/holes are so small that the silicon ring provided won't even fit inside the hole. I didn't realize this until it was too late to return. I've been practicing the proper way to hold the shears, which really helps, but not enough. I'd think it was just my technique, but since the silicon pad won't fit inside either of the holes, I think not. I wish I had just bitten the bullet and gone up a size, but I was loathe to spend any more $$ on them. Other than this, I would have given them 5 stars.

I didn't want to spend so much on these shears either, but I tried a cheaper pair and they didn't even close properly. These are extremely sharp, well-balanced, and fit my fingers nicely. The do a beautiful job cutting my Havanese's thick hair. One caveat - the straight blade is extremely sharp! I wasn't careful and sliced my thumb open. I probably should have gone in for stitches, but made it work with Steri-Strips. Make sure you don't leave these where your dog could step on them!!

As a professional dog groomer, I wanted to give Kenchii a go as I have never used this brand beofre and it was advertised heavily I don't think it is a bad pair of shears but definitely over priced. These entry level Kenchii Love is similar to some other cheaper alternatives. Also do note that they do not offer free returns (you have to pay for shipping returns)
