One of my favorites!
This is one of my most favorite drug store eyeliners. It actually outshines some of the high end gel pencils. It is retractable so no worries about sharpening it and have the product break. It is also very smooth and easy to apply. If you really take your time, it looks like a matte gel liner because it is so dark. I'm not sure I would say it is smudge proof but it does last a long time.

Yet another eyeliner you can't shapen
Tip cannot be sharpened. It looks as if there is a sharpener on the opposite end, but it's just a useless cap that has zero purpose. You cannot make precise lines with a sharp edge with the dull, rounded tip. Also, the tip breaks easily. Just an all around terrible eyeliner. Major fail.
