I read a lot of reviews about this product and was surprised to read so many people say it had a "calming effect." I figured there was nothing to lose by trying it. I tend to suffer from ADD and my mind "spins" out of control many times throughout the course of the day. This means I am often thinking and worrying about things even before they happen. I thought I would try these to see if they would put my brain in a state of "calm" and allow me to focus better. I noticed a huge difference in the first week, but thought it could be the "placebo" effect. I continued to take 2 (sometimes 4) a day and it's now been almost a month and the results continue to be positive. I would describe the feeling as being "chill", calm and focused. Even my husband has noticed a difference, especially with regards to my calm attitude towards work. Normally, I would be complaining, worrying and stressing but I haven't been that way in almost a month. My sleep has improved somewhat, but the overall feeling of calmness this provides during the day is honestly amazing. They taste good too! Not sure if these will work for you, but I do recommend giving them a try.

Great product!!! I was having depression, and decide to change my ways. I wasn't going to buy that expensive Ryze coffee. So I decided to buy these. Iam so glad I did, my depression is gone. My mind is more open, I'm sleeping better and I have alot more energy. Also as a bonus I stop having craving!!!

So far I have nothing negative to say. They taste pretty good but I don’t like mushrooms at all, so I can’t tell if I can actually taste the mushroom flavor or if it’s my mind playing tricks on me. I’m only a couple of days in, so I haven’t been able to test their effectiveness quite yet. As far as the Berberine gummies go, they are absolutely horrible! I’m going to try to get them down for the next 28 days but it will be hard. I will most definitely find a new gummy for this product after I’m done.

If I could give this product more stars I would, ever since I started taking these gummies I have been the calmest with little to no anxiety in my entire life. I world in a stressful environment and these have really helped. Aside from reduced anxiety I did find more mental clarity which lead to better focus and concentration. I almost thought of canceling my subscription due to cost, but for a $1 a day this is totally work it.

I've had breast cancer. One of my follow up appointments was to review alternate medicine. A recommendation to me was to eat mushrooms daily, particularly a variety as studies show a statistical difference. I like mushrooms but adding them to my food every day just doesn't always happen. These give me a consistent amount of a wide variety of mushrooms & are easy to do daily.
