Fast and Fun if given the chance
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. First and foremost, these skates require a “break-in” period. I’ve been using these skates for the past two weeks, and I’d like to pass on a bit of information to help your break-in period go smoothly. 1) Wear socks that go above the cuff! I wore below-the-ankle socks my first time out, and I had a few blisters by the time I was finished. Rookie mistake on my part; don’t be a rookie. 2) Don’t tighten the straps super tight the first couple of times out. The boot liner tongue is super stiff and will rub your shins pretty well until broken in. You’ll be stable enough without the straps being tightened all the way. That said, these blades are amazing if given the chance. The wheels are fast and carve just the way I want them to. They come with a spare pit of black laces if you prefer that over the fuchsia. I bought them because I was looking for an “in between” skate that was more advanced than my Bladerunner Advantage II but not in the aggressive category like my Team NJ Pros. The Twister Edge makes a fine and fast urban skate. I’m looking forward to putting these towards more use this winter and alternating them in with my Team NJs depending on where I’m skating. The Bladerunners served me well for two years of street skating but need to be retired.

Beautiful skate and great performance
Be sure to do your research before putting these off as a bad fit. With a hard shell boot it takes atleast a minimum of 10 hours to break them in. The first time I wore them they were really painful where the arch of my foot is supposed to be(i have flat feet) but after breaking them in they feel really nice and snug.I got them to flow skate and I couldn't be happier, the speed on these are nice and they ride really smooth over any surface.

Ehhh not what I expected
Great durable boot. But it hurt my ankle INCREDIBLY! They ride super smooth but something about the design and my foot just don't mesh because after just 1 wear I couldn't walk on my ankle the next morning and about two days afterwards, this has NEVER happened with any other skates. I understand needing time to break them in but I wasn't even being hard on them to cause this kind of pain. I was skating with my 4 month old in a stroller.🤣

Smooth riding!
LOVE these rollerblades!! I was worried at first that the ankle straps were too tight, as others had written, but for me, they were perfect (on the loosest settings)! The wheels are so smooth. I feel like I look like a pro out there, but I give these rollerblades all the credit. They ride so smooth!

Sizing is WAY off and really uncomfortable skate
I've skated only on Rollerblade brand for 3 decades. Decided to get a new pair of skates...what a mistake. First of all, this is 2020---what is up with shoe LACES? Also, these are heavier than older skates....it is 2020, there are fabulous materials to use, but Rollerblade did not use any of them. Lastly, I am a women's size 7 in EVERY pair of shoes I've ever tried on. I ordered a 7.5 based on reviews and even they are TOO small and VERY uncomfortable. My old Rollerblades have 3 nice buckles and lots of air vents on sids. These have NONE. It is like skating in COMBAT boots. Shame on Rollerblade for even selling these skates. Lastly, the top buckles take two hands and sometimes another person to close. I think I might try K2 for my next skates even after 30+ years of loyalty to Rollerblade because I just wasted $250. on these.
